What a brilliant finale of a busy wedding season! Last Saturday Sarah and Thomas tied the knot in a rainy but cosy Amsterdam.

This lovely couple (Sarah’s originally from the US, Thomas is Dutch) lives in Dubai but they celebrated their wedding over here (after having a pre-party in both California and Australia, mind you) and it turned out to be a fantastic day with their loved ones and friends from all over the world.

The weather didn’t really cooperate, but that didn’t stop anyone from having fun. The day started with the preparations, a ‘first look’ and a rather cold photo session – I always have a lot of respect for couples who don’t really care what weather it is, but just decide to go out and shoot! The ceremony and reception took place in the Posthoornkerk after which the guest were transported by boat to the Westerliefde – lovely decorated by Total X styling – where the dinner took place and the big party afterwards.
